Dear LSPR Communication and Business Institute Academic Community,

 

Sesuai dengan ketentuan pemerintah yaitu "Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM)" dalam rangka mengurangi penyebaran COVID 19, dengan ini disampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 29 Juni 2021 sampai dengan 30 Agustus 2021 pelayanan library akan diberikan dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut::

in accordance with government regulations regarding restrictions on community activities from 29th June- 30th August, 2021,  it is hereby conveyed that the Library services library services will be provided with the following conditions:

 

1. Skripsi dan tesis dapat tetap diakses setiap hari selama 24 jam melalui elibrary.lspr.edu. Tersedia akses untuk dibaca secara online maupun download full-text.

1. Undergraduate and Postgraduate thesis can be accessed every day for 24 hours through elibrary.lspr.edu. Access is available for online reading and full-text downloads

 

2.Layanan peminjaman buku dalam bentuk cetak (hardcopy) tersedia dan dapat dilakukan reservasi melalui email / hotline library.

2.Book borrowing services in hardcopy are available and reservations can be made via email / library hotline.

 

 3. Apabila anda memiliki pinjaman buku yang hendak diperpanjang jangka waktunya dapat dilakukan dengan mengirimkan konfirmasi melalui email atau hotline library. Sehingga tidak diperlukan untuk datang secara langsung.

3. If you have a book loan that you want to extend, a request may be sent by email or library hotline before the loan period expires  ends. All library members can check their loans by logging into the elibrary using their individual elibrary accounts.

 

4. Apabila anda memiliki pinjaman buku yang hendak dikembalikan, dipersilahkan mengirimkan menggunakan jasa pengiriman online seperti gosend/grabsend atau jasa ekspedisi pos. Namun sebelumnya mohon mengirimkan konfirmasi terlebih dahulu melalui email / hotline library. Pengembalian buku dengan cara datang secara langsung tidak direkomendasikan untuk saat ini. Tidak ada denda atas keterlambatan pengembalian buku. 

4. If you have a book loan that you want to return, please send it using an online delivery service such as gosend/grabsend (online motorcycle taxi services) or postal shipping services. The location for returning the book does not have to be the same as the location where it was borrowed. So that library users can choose the closest destination, LSPR Sudirman Park Library or LSPR Trans Park Library.  But  to ensure safe delivery, please send confirmation to email / library hotline first. Librarian will send a book return invoice to your email address. Book return in person is not recommended at this time. No fines for late book returns

 

5. Apabila anda memiliki request ebook / ejournal, dipersilahkan menyampaikan melalui email / hotline library dilengkapi dengan keterangan judul atau subjek atau Nomor DOI.  

5.  You can requests a journal articles / ebook needed. Let the librarian know your spesific needs by sending requests through email or library hotline. Notes the title or subject or DOI number as needed.

 

6. Untuk terhubung dengan librarian apabila diperlukan pendampingan atau bantuan lainnya dapat melalui email atau hotline library pada jam operasional:

    Senin s.d. Jumat : 08.00 - 19.00 WIB

    Sabtu                   : 08.00-15.00 WIB

    Minggu                 : Layanan Email dan Hotline Libur
