A.KEANGGOTAAN ELIBRARY

1.Keanggotaan elibrary diberikan kepada seluruh civitas akademik LSPR yang berstatus aktif, yaitu berupa akun yang terdiri dari username dan password. 

1. Membership of the e-library is granted to all LSPR staff and students with active status, through their account username and password

       a)Akun untuk dosen (Lecturer accounts): 

          username and password is the same account for login LSPR wifi.

      b) Akun untuk mahasiswa (Student accounts): 

           -username : Student ID

           -password : ddmmyyyy (date of birth) 

        c) Login pada elibrary dapat dilakukan pada menu member area di halaman kanan atas.  Apabila terdapat masalah dengan akun anda saat login di elibrary, dapat menghubungi telepon atau email library.

B. ELIBRARY SERVICES 

Melalui elibrary, dapat diperoleh informasi tentang: 

The following information may be accessed via the elibrary:

1. Buku Cetak 

Buku cetak yang tersedia di perpustakaan LSPR dapat diketahui melalui Online Public Access Catalogue yaitu http://elibrary.lspr.ac.id/. Anda dapat melakukan penelusuran dengan cara menuliskan kata kunci pada kolom "Search". Kata kunci dapat berupa nama penulis, judul skripsi/thesis,  subjek yang spesifik,  atau gabungan beberapa kata kunci sesuai kebutuhan anda. Hasil penelusuran akan memberikan anda informasi tentang judul buku, status buku (sedang dipinjam / tidak), serta lokasi buku (Perpustakaaan Sudirman Park Kampus / Perpustakaan Trans Park Kampus).  Setelah melihat dan menentukan buku yang hendak Anda pinjam, maka mohon membaca aturan peminjaman terlebih dahulu di sini. 

1. Printed Books

Through the Online Public Access Catalog (http://elibrary.lspr.ac.id/), you can search for Printed books in the LSPR library by typing the keywords in the" "Search" " column. Keywords can be the author's name, thesis title, a specific subject, or a combination of keywords according to your needs. Search results will give you information about the title of the book, the status of the book (on loan / available), and the location of the book (Library of Sudirman Park Campus / Library of Trans Park Campus). After determining the book you want to borrow, then please read the loan rules first here.

Peminjaman buku untuk dibawa pulang berlaku kepada civitas akademik LSPR yang masih berstatus aktif. Sedangkan untuk pengguna perpustakaan selain civitas akademik LSPR hanya dapat melakukan peminjaman buku untuk dibaca di dalam area perpustakaan. 

The library collection of books may be loaned out to LSPR students, lecturer and staff with active status. Meanwhile, library users other than the LSPR academic community can only borrow books to read in the library area.

Informasi mengenai daftar pinjaman buku dan deadline pengembalian buku dapat diperoleh melalui website elibrary. Setelah login pada menu member area, informasi mengenai riwayat peminjaman buku akan secara otomatis muncul sehingga anda dapat mengetahui judul buku yang pernah dipinjam, judul buku yang sedang dipinjam, tanggal peminjaman, dan tanggal pengembalian. Informasi ini juga dapat membantu anda dalam mengurus surat bebas pustaka perpustakaan sebelum sidang akhir.

 Information about your book's loan history will automatically appear after log in from "Member Area" menu at http://elibrary.lspr.ac.id/  So that you can find out the title of the book that was borrowed, the title of the book being borrowed, the date of borrowing, and the due date. This information can also help you while submitting the application form for presentation & defence.

 

2. Undergraduate and Postgraduate Theses full text (2018-2021)

Skripsi, non skripsi, tesis dan non-tesis dapat diakses untuk dibaca online maupun diunduh khusus bagi civitas akademik LSPR yang telah memiliki akun elibrary. Caranya: 

     a) login pada menu member area

     b) ketik kata kunci sesuai informasi yg diperlukan. contoh: skripsi 2018 marketing, thesis 2019 public relations, atau dengan nama penulis. 

     c) Hasil penelusuran akan muncul sesuai dengan kata kunci yang telah anda masukkan.

     d) klik pada judul skripsi/ thesis, lalu scroll ke bagian paling bawah yaitu file attachment. klik dan unduh file. 

     e)   Apabila diperlukan bantuan,  dapat menghubungi pustakawan melalui email, telepon atau hotline library.

The full-text digital collection of Undergraduate and Postgraduate theses from year 2018-2020 may be accessed online by LSPR students, lecturers and staff, as follows: 

a)   Login from menu member area

b)   Type the keywords in accordance with the topic required. For example: 2018 marketing thesis, thesis 2019 public relations, thesis and mass media management, or the author’s name. 

c)   Search results will appear according to the keywords you have entered.

d)   Click the title of the thesis, scroll down to the bottom to the file attachment and click download.

e)    If assistance is needed, please contact librarian via email, telephone or library hotline.

 

3. E-book dan e-journal Services 

Untuk mengakses koleksi e-book dan e-journal , anda dapat meminta akses dengan menggunakan email resmi yang diperoleh dari LSPR.

APPLICATION FORM FOR PRESENTATION & DEFENCE

Persetujuan pada form for presentation & defence dari library dapat diperoleh dengan mengirimkan permohonan melalui email ke [email protected], dan melampirkan  hasil scan atau foto dari formulir yang telah diisi oleh ditandatangani oleh mahasiswa yang bersangkutan.  

To obtain an application form for presentation & defence free from library, send requests  by email to [email protected]. Attach scanned or photo of the form that has been filled in and signed by the student concerned. 

Persetujuan dapat diberikan kepada mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki pinjaman buku atau telah mengembalikan seluruh pinjaman buku ke Perpustakaan. Setelah memperoleh persetujuan pada "Application Form for Thesis Defense" dari library, akun elibrary anda akan dinonaktifkan karena tidak lagi dapat meminjam buku cetak di Library LSPR. Namun apabila diperlukan akses untuk membaca skripsi/non skripsi/tesis/non tesis secara online maka dapat dilakukan perpanjangan masa keanggotaan dengan cara mengirimkan pemberitahuan melalui email atau hotline perpustakaan. 

Approval can be given to students who do not have book loans or have returned all book loans to the Library. After obtaining approval on the "Application Form for Thesis Defense" from the library, your library account will be deactivated because you can no longer borrow printed books in the LSPR Library. However, if access is needed to read thesis/non-thesis/thesis/non-thesis online, membership can be extended by sending a notification via email or library hotline.

Web Online Public Access Catalog - Use the search options to find documents quickly
