This capstone project focuses on the implementation of Slow MoveBazaar as a strategic platform to promote sustainable fashion practices in theurban areas of Jakarta and Tangerang. The project involves the real-worldexecution of fashion bazaar events that integrate sustainability into everydayconsumer experiences by encouraging conscious shopping behaviors.Through curated collections of secondhand clothing, thrift items, and thepromotion of pre-loved goods, this initiative seeks to inspire more responsibleconsumption habits and help reduce the amount of textile waste that ends upin landfills. Slow Move Bazaar also collaborates with local enterprises andsustainability-driven MSMEs, providing an inclusive platform to showcasetheir environmentally conscious products and connect with consumers whocare about both style and environmental values. In addition, the projectincorporates brand activations and event-based marketing strategies to makesustainable fashion more appealing and accessible particularly for youngergenerations. Ultimately, Slow Move Bazaar demonstrates how well-executed,community-focused events can drive real change in fashion consumption andsupport local businesses with sustainable missions.
