<note>"The semiconductor industry is essential for technological advancements in electronics, telecommunications, automotive, and security sectors. As this industry grows in Indonesia, improving production efficiency becomes crucial. This study focuses on enhancing efficiency by optimizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through the 4Ms: Manchine, Method, and Material, with a special emphasis on the human aspect, which is the most complex.
This research investigates how operators, technicians, and supervisors can improve production efficiency by implementing the Green Line initiative at Infineon Technologies Batam. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes interview data collected from various production personnel to evaluate the effectiveness of new communication tools and strategies, including the e-booth, High Tea, and Green Line Convention, aimed at enhancing internal communication and employee engagement.
The results show significant improvements in internal communication, employee satisfaction, and operational performance due to the Green Line implementation. These findings highlight the importance of effective internal communication in boosting productivity and efficiency. This study provides valuable insights for organizations looking to enhance their internal communication strategies and overall performance."
