Multigenerational Leadership Mastery For Workforce Excellence And Organizational Success In Fmcg Industry
This thesis explores the complex dynamics of leadership across various generational groups within prominent FMCG companies in Indonesia. Using a qualitative research methodology, this study delves into the perspectives, values, and communication styles inherent in multigenerational leadership. It investigates the experiences and interactions of leaders with their team members from different generations through in-depth interviews, focused group discussions, and document analysis. Rooted in a constructivist philosophical standpoint, this research aims to understand the subjective meanings that individuals attribute to multigenerational leadership. Data collection techniques involve in-depth interviews with senior-level leaders, certified leadership coaches, and a lecturer who are also social communication observers, as well as focused group discussions with mid-level managers. This approach ensures a comprehensive exploration of leadership dynamics from various perspectives in day-to-day interactions. Through data triangulation and systematic analysis, the study aims to address and clarify the complexities, formulating appropriate strategies for implementation, and providing practical guidance for organizations in addressing multigenerational leadership challenges. This research offers an adaptive multigenerational leadership model designed to help organizations achieve workforce excellence and success.
