This thesis, entitled "Contribution of Artificial Intelligence on the Digitalization of the Insurance Broker Industry" begins with background research highlighting the increasing reliance on digital solutions in the insurance sector. This shift is driven by consumer demand for speed, efficiency, and personalized services. It aims to achieve two key objectives such as to explore the contribution of digitalization, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence (AI), to the transformation of the insurance broker industry, and to examine whether AI can replace human insurance brokers. The study investigates how AI technologies contribute to operational efficiencies, customer relationship management, and overall business model improvements within the industry. The paradigms and methods used include the social constructivism paradigm, qualitative research methods, and AI-focused digital transformation analysis. Findings indicate that AI enhances brokerage processes through automated data analysis, improved risk assessment, and personalized services. However, AI has not yet been able to fully replace the human touch in client relationships. Challenges such as implementation costs, integration with legacy systems, and employee resistance persist, yet AI continues to play a vital role in better decision-making and business efficiency
