 <note>This master's degree thesis entitled “Analysis of Leadership Style Expectations on Job Satisfaction of Generation Z Working at an International Youth Organization in Jakarta: Study Case of AIESEC Indonesia” aims to analyze the leadership style that is more suitable for generation z to fulfill job satisfaction at a global youth organization AIESEC Indonesia. The methodology of this research used a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews as a data collection method. Based on the result and discussion of this research it can be concluded that Transformational Leadership culture is more suitable for Generation Z working at AIESEC Indonesia in Jakarta. Transformational leadership focuses on inspiring and motivating members to achieve their full potential. It does not only focus on achieving professional goals but also encourages individual growth and self-development as well. Generation Z is also a generation with a high awareness of finding jobs that can help increase their quality as individuals throughout their professional work.  &#13;
