 <note>In 2022, Humas Bea Cukai carried out a campaign named &quot;Waspada Penipuan Mengatasnamakan Bea Cukai&quot;. This study was designed to analyze the campaign using the concept of a public information campaign in ASPA (2022) concerning the campaign stages namely planning, implementation, and evaluation. To analyze the planning part, the researcher used the RACE model communication planning concept (research, action, communication, and evaluation) developed by John Marston. This study uses qualitative methods and constructivism paradigm. For data collection, researchers used in-depth interviews and document studies. The results of the research show that the campaign conducted by Humas Bea Cukai has fulfilled the Race model in the campaign planning stage, and implemented it in the implementation and evaluation stages. Eventhough though this has been fulfilled, there are still things that need to be included in its implementation.  &#13;
