 <note>Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran Public Relations NET. TV dalam mempertahankan reputasiperusahaan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data primer yakni wawancara dengan narasumber internal yaitu dari divisi public relations NET. TV dan juga pihak eksternal yaitu penonton NET. TV dan menggunakan data sekunder yakni buku, jurnal, situs web, data internal perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep public relations menurut Cutlip, Center dan Broom. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan peran public relations NET. TV dalam mempertahankan reputasi perusahaan telah memenuhi empat elemen konsep peran public relations yaitu communication technician, expert prescriber, communication fasilitator, dan problem-solving fasilitator.&#13;
