<note>One of @indonesiafeminis Instagram account post has triggered deep interest from the researcher. On that post, Feminism is considered and interpreted differently from the big principal of Feminism. Feminism is seen as a form of “awareness to reject any fullness form other than Allah” became a statement that requires in-depth research. So far especially in Indonesia (moslem majority), feminism always compared with Islam andvarious kinds of criticism of feminism emerged in Islamic perspective. This post (@indonesiafeminis) seems to want to end the criticism and polemic that exist and trying to juxtapose feminism with Islam perfectly. Feminism seems to be very harmonious in line with the teachings of Islam so that it does not need to be contested anymore. But with a logic that needs to be questioned again, the logic is considered too “leap”. The leaping logic is indicated by reference and attempts to align with the Tawhid word in the perspective of the religion of Islam and negating and denying the perspective of another religion who have the spirit of feminism. The logic leap becomes very interesting and unique to be dissected by seeking the essence of feminism again in its emancipatory efforts.Feminism is the basis of the theory in the effort of analyzing and studying the data obtained through observation of literature feminism and its relation to the topic (Islam). The rise of feminism studies and research is certainly very helpful in mapping, but as a form of state of the art, the study of feminism has not been so much to be relevance to Tawhid in the Islamic perspective, so that this finding becomes interesting in the form of a “passionate” spirit in an effort to merely juxtapose feminism with the Tawhid sentence in Islam, but seems excessive (read: exaggerate) and negating other religions that have teachings in line with feminism as well. For this reason, feminists, especially @indonesiafeminis account holders are expected to be more careful, thorough in reposting various kinds of content and explore the nature of feminism itself as an emancipatory movement in gender equality in a patriarchal frame of various religious and belief perspectives, so that it can really become a strong, multi-religious and multi-faith movement.
Keyword: feminism, emancipation, exaggerating, negation
