 <note>The  communication  carried  out  by  YDMI  (Yayasan  Mandiri  Difabel Indonesia  is  a  persuasion  using  persuasive  measures  that  can  attract  the attention of people with disabilities and can make people actively participate and  support  YDMI.  Research  using  this  descriptive  qualitative  methodology observes  the  use  of  social  media  such  as  Facebook,  Twitter,  Instagram, Youtube, and Whatsapp are also useful and are used actively and efficiently by YDMI in disseminating information and news that are important and useful for  people  in  Indonesia  to  find  out  various  information  that  is  useful  for  the empowerment  of  persons  with  disabilities,  with  motivation  and  inspiration provided YDMI succeeded in carrying out a program of activities carried out by YDMI.The  use  of  theories  and  concepts  from  Persuasion,  Communication Strategies  and  Persuasion  and  Implementation  Techniques  also  helped researchers  in  answering  the  results  of  this  study  that  their  the  persuasive actions taken by YDMI through a communication strategy in value have fulfilled the  persuasion  steps  in  convincing  persons  with  disabilities  to  want  to empower themselves to prosper.&#13;
