Designing Social Media Marketing Plan to Increase Brand Awareness and Improve Brand Image of Ishe
This plan aims to increase brand awareness and improve brand image of ISHE. In this planning, the theory used is based on a book entitled "Digital Marketing Strategy, Implement, and Practice" by Dave Chaffey and Fiona Ellis-Chadwick. This plan uses social media marketing based on Chaffey and Chadwick as a marketing tool. The result of this planning is the effective social media marketing for ISHE is Instagram where ISHE is an online business that based Instagram as themarketing media. Content posted via Instagram is very influential on increasing brand awareness seen from the number of followers, so ISHE will use interesting and inspirational content. In addition, the role of influencers is also influential to reach many leads. Paid ad campaigns can also increase audience traffic to ISHE Instagram. In addition, the approach by triggering customer emotions can attract customer attention. ISHE not only makes buying and selling transactions, but also prioritizes customer satisfaction by providing personal pressure and inspirational content.
