Brother Indonesiais a subsidiary of Brother Group, anIT corporation based in Japan. Ithas multiple product categories serving many business segments including Hardcopy Peripherals (HCP) such as multifunction printer, label printer, scanner; Home Sewing Machines (HSM); and larger equipment like industrial sewing machines and digital printing equipment. Brother Indonesia itself was established in 23 September 2008 (Brother Indonesia, 2019), yet it is among the top five of Indonesia’s HardcopyPeripherals (HCP) market share, though being relatively new in the market it showed its business’ significance to compete in HCP market of Indonesia.Brother Indonesia being a multinational company has employees from different countries, the study would describe how employees with experience of working abroad perceive cultural values compared to local employees whohave never been working abroad; then identify how member of the company manage intercultural communication based on their intercultural sensitivity level. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative. Employees with experience of working abroad could perceive cultural values better than to local employees who have never been working abroad. The one experienced living abroad could implement the ‘foreign culture’ he or she have learnt and getting used to practised it if necessary.Brother Indonesia employees are being ethnorelative, they accept other culture due to empathy in communication.
