Air pollution in Indonesia, specifically in Jakarta, presents to be an environmental issue that has shown to pose a detrimental health issue to society, despite the gravity of air pollution, it is yet to have its place within the general public concern. Thus, NGOs that primarily focus on the issue of air pollution such as Bicara Udara face limitations in brand awareness, compared to other NGOs that focus on a broader environmental issue which includes air pollution, further limiting Bicara Udara's presence as an NGO. The lack of awareness of air pollution, compounded with larger competitors, presents an issue to Bicara Udara to be able to stand out and conduct their campaign specifically Biru Voices as other larger NGOs have similar campaigns. The objective of the research is to analyse the current strategies that Bicara Udara implements within the Biru Voices campaign to overcome said challenges. This research utilises communicative theories through a public relations focus lens, communication, public relations, and campaign, and utilises the four-steps of PR model as the main form of analysis. A qualitative approach is used within this research with an in-depth interview as the data collection method, data triangulation is used to validate results, which are then analysed through the data reduction technique. The research can demonstrate to Bicara Udara the flaws that perhaps may fix and strengthen the positive aspects of Biru Voices and apply these results to other future campaigns.
