Communication Planning of The "Excelearn" Program for KEMNAKER to Minimise University Students' Quarter-life Crisis Regarding Future Career

The Quarter-life Crisis phenomenon is defined as a state of anxiousness which is often felt by university students throughout the world. It is indeed a significant and a never-ending concern from time to time, including in Indonesia. The majority of students experience a Quarter-life Crisis due to doubts about a future career that matches their passion. To date, many fresh graduates end up spending only a short time working in their first job. Therefore, the Excelearn program is designed by using Communication Theory by Harold Lasswell and Experiential Learning Theory by David Kolb which are implemented according to the 12 Stages of Public Relations Campaign Planning model by Anne Gregory. The communication planning alongside the Excelearn program development for The Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia aims to educate university students about the real working field by actually working in various industries and positions. This program will collaborate with several parties, use websites, social media promotion, a launching event, roadshows, documentation and testimonials in social media, and one year program anniversary as strategies and tactics that are expected to be successful in minimising the Quarter-life Crisis of the students regarding future careers.
